Thulio was born in the Amazon region of Pará in Northern Brazil. When he was 11 his family moved to Europe - first to Spain, then to the Ruhr Area in Germany, where he completed school and later graduated in Latin American Studies (Bachelor of Arts) at the University of Cologne. During his time of education, he was able to make several stays abroad and thus acquired knowledge of 6 languages, which he speaks fluently. 

Thulio developed his love for the dramatic arts throughout his childhood and started by contributing to multiple plays at his church's drama club. He worked in different short film projects made by independent short film makers sponsored by his city's department of culture & arts.
Even though Thulio primarily chose a different career path, he has always been interested in the media universe. During his time at the University of Cologne he worked as a tour guide in one of the largest tv & film studios of Germany, whilst also working as an extra for some films and tv shows.

After completing his undergraduate studies he went to New York City aiming for the best acting education possible. There, he took summer intensive courses for acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts as well as at The Acting Studio New York.

Today Thulio is represented by the agency JUST IN CAST GERMANY.
